I build real things.
ESP32 circuits
Former field technician turned builder. Everything here was designed, printed, soldered or deployed by hand — from the electronics up to the Linux server that is serving you this page.

What I work on
Hardware & electronics
ESP32-S3 boards, sensors, pumps and drivers, soldered by hand. Enclosures designed in CAD and printed on my own machines. If the part doesn't exist, I make it.
Homelab & networking
A self-hosted Linux server running Home Assistant, media, cloud storage, local models and this very site.
Simulation & AI
Local language-model pipelines, image and video generation on my own GPU, and a long-running experiment: a small simulated world whose inhabitants learn and change over time.
Try it live
Living World
A world that runs itself on my home server: plants, animals and people with bodies, needs and memories, where nothing they do is scripted. Built from scratch; a research project in progress.
Generation Translator
More than a translator: a family group chat and a self-organizing AI swarm where every character is its own AI, all running on your own graphics card. No server ever sees your chats.
Vaultward
A first-person dungeon crawler that builds itself as you explore, all in one HTML file. Three.js, real CC0 textures streamed from Poly Haven, and saves that live in your browser.
Sipling
Sipling: a self-watering plant system I designed, 3D printed and built around an ESP32, now with a wireless sensor pod in testing. Live readings from my real plant.
NEW: IPHONE APPS
Real apps for your iPhone, free in public beta
Not just demos: three dedicated iOS apps you can install today through Apple's TestFlight.
Still: Five a Day
Social media, slowed down: five photos a day, no preview, no likes or followers.
Printer-Pal
Watch your 3D printer from your phone with an old iPhone, iPad or Raspberry Pi camera.
Sipling
Your plant waterer in your pocket: live soil and tank readings, alerts, and watering by hand.
NOW BUILDING
Sipling: a plant-watering system that retrofits to any pot
An ESP32-S3 brain with soil, light, temperature and humidity sensing, a pump with hard safety limits in firmware so it can never flood a floor, and a native iPhone app (now in free public beta) that shows you it's working, live.
Proven end to end: it has been looking after a real plant on its own since September 24. Now building: a wireless sensor pod, so the only thing running into the pot is the water line. Then a first small batch.

Built with its own editor
This site runs on a page builder wrote from scratch: sections, a canvas, live previews, a local AI that drafts pages, and a visitor counter that ticks over on real traffic. Here it is at work.
